This title marks the Japanese release of a legendary wargame inspired by Norman Spinrad’s novel *The Iron Dream*. Just as the novel critiqued the fascist undertones lurking within science fiction literature, *4th Reich* was designed as a satire of the Nazi imagery then being consumed as pop culture—a trend that also permeated the early days of the wargaming hobby.
The game includes rules for both solo play and three-player matches.
