【Product Description】 This is a "2-in-1" game package covering the Battle of Anegawa (1570), featuring the "Battle of Mitamura" and the "Battle of Nomura"; by linking the two games together, players can simulate the full Battle of Anegawa.
The game system is nearly identical to that of *Kessen: Nagashino-Shitaragahara*, utilizing simple rules to recreate the chaotic melee characteristic of the Sengoku period.
At dawn on June 27, it appeared the Azai and Asakura forces were breaking camp at Mt. Ooyori; however, in the early hours of the 28th, they advanced about 30 *chō* (approx. 3.3 km). Positioning themselves before the Anegawa River, they split into two groups to take up positions at the villages of Nomura and Mitamura.
Ieyasu personally led the vanguard to confront the Asakura forces stationed at the Mitamura approach in the west. Meanwhile, Nobunaga’s personal guard (*umamawari*) faced the Azai forces at Nomura in the east, with the "Three Masters of Mino"—Ujiie Bokuzen, Andō Morinari, and Inaba Ittetsu—positioned further east. The entire army launched a simultaneous assault, engaging in battle around 5:00 AM on June 28 as they pushed northeast.
[Battle of Mitamura]
A simulation game based on the battle fought on June 28, 1570, between the Tokugawa army (led by Tokugawa Ieyasu, who established his main camp at Okayama/Katsuyama) and the Asakura army (led by Asakura Kagetake, who deployed at Mitamura).
[Battle of Nomura]
A simulation game based on the battle fought in the Nomura sector—concurrent with the Battle of Mitamura—between the Oda army (led by Oda Nobunaga) and the Azai army (led by Azai Nagamasa). Based on accounts from the *Shinchō Kōki*, the troop deployment in this scenario departs from conventional historical interpretations.
