【Product Description】 This is a solitaire wargame designed by Charles S. Roberts Award-winning designer R. Ben Madison.
Through this simulation, you will fulfill the ambitions of German Emperor Wilhelm II.
As the Emperor, you must manage your limited resources wisely to defeat your enemies without being invaded and to repel the Entente offensive, which is driven by the game system.
Use blockade runners to escape the British naval blockade and employ "total war" strategies to drain resources from your own cities and stimulate your economy - even destroying democracy and the Constitution if necessary to achieve victory.
The game is area-based, and you win if Germany is not defeated by the November-December 1918 turn.
