"War at Sea". Players play naval battles at Atlantic Ocean in
WW2. "Victory at Sea" consists of 160 pieces , a 42 x 59 cm map(printed
in Japanese) and 9 pages of rules(in Japanese). Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean
Sea and Baltic Sea are printed in a map. Turn lengths is eight months and
units are a ship. Player numbers are one or two and playing time is four
